Anselina is an experienced musculoskeletal system (MSK) osteopath with a strong background in both private practice and the public healthcare sector. She has treated a wide range of patients—from youth to seniors, from national athletes (Team Great Britain) to business professionals, from home bounds to desk bounds. Anselina is known for delivering proficient, professional, and personalised care with a strong focus on functional recovery and long-term wellbeing.
Anselina holds a Master of Science in Osteopathy from the renowned University College of Osteopathy (UCO) and a Bachelor with Honours in Physiotherapy from the UK.
As a Chartered Physiotherapist and registered Osteopath in the United Kingdom, Anselina has in-depth working knowledge and experience in both public UK National Health Service (NHS) hospitals and private clinic chain. Her work experiences include Musculoskeletal (MSK), Orthopaedic and Respiratory Departments in UK's NHS hospitals where she has worked with patients in HIV, geriatric care, high-level sports dept etc., supporting many with complex needs and assisting those with athletic performance goals.
Her educational background and work experiences in UK built her foundation and shaped practical approach to one that is professional, evidence based, and hands-on.
Beyond her professional training, Anselina brings a rare combination of movement artistry and physical discipline to her clinical work. As a ballerina, contemporary dancer, and holder of a black belt in Taekwondo, she has a deep, embodied understanding of the human body in motion. This unique background allows her to connect with clients not only as a therapist but as someone who has lived the demands of high-level physical performance. Her insight into movement, recovery, and precision translates into a thoughtful and holistic approach to healing—particularly in performance enhancement, injury rehabilitation, and body-mind awareness.
